Where we're headed
Technology for the properties of tomorrow.
Today we install and maintain the systems properties already run on: displays, networks, cameras, smart locks, lighting, and the wiring behind all of it. Next, we're building toward connected buildings — automation, energy and HVAC controls, IoT devices, and AI-ready infrastructure — paired with the operations platform that keeps track of it.
Available now: installation, integration, and maintenance of the connected devices and systems listed in our service catalog. In development: building automation, energy and HVAC controls, and deeper IoT/robotics integrations. We'll say clearly when each one is live.
