Questions, answered
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account and benefits stay active through the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are not pro-rated.
What does the discount actually cover?
Eligible Detailers service labor performed by our team on jobs booked while your membership is active. Home & Renter Plus is currently 10%. One benefit applies per booking and benefits do not stack.
What is excluded?
Materials, supplies, hardware and equipment, permits and inspection fees, taxes, and third-party or subcontracted fees are billed at standard rates. Work already quoted or discounted is excluded unless approved in writing.
Do apartment residents need to pay?
No. Residents linked to a participating property get free resident portal access — their unit, announcements, maintenance requests, messages, and documents. Full Benefits Marketplace and broader vendor access require a paid membership.
Who can see each marketplace?
The Member Benefits Marketplace is for paid eligible members. The Approved Vendor Marketplace is filtered by audience, so households, landlords, property organizations, and businesses only see the categories approved for their access level. Some partner offers stay marked pending until the partner approves us.
Do you offer house cleaning?
Standard residential house cleaning is not offered. Cleaning is available for commercial spaces, properties, unit turns, multi-unit work, and approved special scopes.
How is a membership different from the software?
A membership is a benefits and service relationship. The property and business software subscriptions are operational tools — work orders, turns, residents, vendors, procurement, and reporting. You can hold either one without the other.
