Services
We provide installation, technology, electrical, AV, smart home, security, and property services as described on this site. Scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Estimates & pricing
Estimates are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may adjust if scope, quantities, or site conditions differ from what was described.
Deposits
A $50 deposit may be required to reserve certain service windows and is applied to your final invoice.
Memberships & subscriptions
We may offer membership plans, including a free tier and a paid tier (for example, $15/month), providing benefits such as member discounts on eligible services or a one-time new-member reward. Paid memberships renew automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. Specific plan terms, pricing, and included benefits will be presented at signup and may change over time.
Member discounts & rewards
Member discounts, promotional pricing, and any one-time member reward apply only to active members in good standing and only to eligible services as stated at signup. We may limit, exclude, or discontinue specific discounts or rewards, and eligibility may be restricted to certain services, service areas, or account statuses.
Cancelling a membership

Future product sales
If we begin selling physical products (such as mounts, hardware, or accessories) through this site, those purchases will be subject to additional terms covering pricing, shipping, and returns, which will be posted at the time of sale.
Access & site readiness
You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for accurate information about the property. Additional time or materials may be billed if the site is not ready.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If something we installed isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right on reasonable terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific service or membership in question.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
