- • Live rent collection and disbursement
- • Insurance quoting, binding, or claims

- • Payroll and contractor tax filing

Beta agreement — plain language
- • This is pre-release software. Features may change, pause, or be removed.
- • Do not store records you cannot afford to re-enter during the beta period.
- • Feedback you submit may be used to improve the platform.
- • Aggregated, de-identified usage is analyzed to prioritize work; personal data is never sold.
- • High-risk workflows (live financial disbursement, insurance underwriting, tenant screening) are not part of the beta.
