Membership and software stay separate

A tenant business or suite owner who only wants Detailers service benefits can hold a Commercial membership. Suite, tenant, lease, and maintenance tooling requires the software with this operating mode enabled. Adding software never cancels a membership, and cancelling a membership never removes your software or your records.

Cleaning covers commercial and suite turnovers, common areas, move-in/move-out, and approved business cleaning. Ordinary residential housekeeping is not offered.
