Add-ons

Priced outside the base meter because cost scales with usage.

Extra publishing seats, advanced campaign analytics, and paid-media tracking.

  • Market data feed

Competitive comps and concession tracking for the pricing engine.

  • Detailers field services

In-house technician dispatch for portfolios inside the service area.

  • Branded resident app

White-labeled resident experience under your own brand.

How the pricing model works

The reasoning behind the meter and the tiers.

  • Per-unit / month is the primary meter — it scales with portfolio value and is what property teams already benchmark against.
  • Staff seats are included per tier rather than metered, so adding a maintenance tech never costs more.
  • Annual commitment discount and a unit-count volume band replace per-feature upsells.
  • Add-ons carry usage-based cost (market data, publishing volume) and stay outside the base meter.
  • No price is hardcoded in the product — tiers resolve from the billing provider at render time once finalized.
